Our UTS North Sydney 3rd had to settle for a loss as they went down against Hawkesbury 3rd on Saturday at Bensons Lane - Oval 1 (Owen Earle Oval).
Our total was 8/129; Hawkesbury 3rd's was 7/131. Neerav Hemadri made a stylish 63 for our opponents, a well-deserved half-century. Our best with the ball was Samad Khan, who took three for 16.
Leading the way was Seb Linnitt with 45 off 36 balls. John Nevell also got among the runs with 23 off 18 balls.
Thanks to the hosts for the contest.
