It wasn't to be for our UTS North Sydney 5th, who had to give best to Parramatta Fifth Grade on Saturday in NSW Premier Cricket (Men's).
We batted first and put 9/83 on the board from 20 overs. Christopher Lloyd led the way with 18 off 20 balls.
Parramatta Fifth Grade knocked off the runs, finishing on 7/85 in 19.1 overs. Aryan Ambardar was the top scorer for the visitors with 25. Sopan Pophale bowled cleverly to finish with three for 14.
We'll take the lessons from this one and go again.
Chins up, everyone.
